We had such a wonderful experience adopting our bunny (pepper!) from this pet store! The staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and clearly care deeply about their animals.Our bunny has been such a sweet addition to our family, and it’s clear he was well cared for before adoption. You can tell the people here truly love what they do. our family loves this place we can’t recommend them enough!! Thank you for our sweet boy!

I brought my dog in for grooming. Julia, the groomer was very professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job with my Shih Tzu. I would recommend her to anyone and I’ll be back to see her.

best experience in a pet store I've had in a while. I costumer service that you will get is like joining there family. uve go to petsmart and petco in the past but with this story being by the petsmart I will not be going there anymore. critters of south elgin is a one stop shop for your pet needs, and if they don't have it they will order it just for you. I've never had a bed experience with them and I will be telling everyone about the amazing service and if your looking for a person not a company this is the store for you.
