I absolutely love this place from the great customer service from Alan and Brianna to being able to enjoy petting the little animals what was suppose to be a little experience for my 2yr old & 10yr old became me becoming a First Time Cat Mom which I absolutely adore so much. Alan was so helpful and informative which made me feel so much more prepared and confident to get a kitten. While Brianna was so friendly and helpful as well keeping me updated throughout the process. I couldn’t be more happier with my decision we are all in love with our cat still till this day and we got her in November 2025 well worth the experience. Thanks guys keep up the great work.

We have had great experiences here and excellent customer service since we started coming here last year for our bearded dragons food. We recently adopted our beautiful bearded dragon Ruby and we had a great experience in adopting her. We love coming to this store and have noticed that the animals are taken care of and the people working there are so knowledgeable and friendly whenever we come in. We will continue to go back as it’s become our main spot for our reptiles food.
