best experience in a pet store I've had in a while. I costumer service that you will get is like joining there family. uve go to petsmart and petco in the past but with this story being by the petsmart I will not be going there anymore. critters of south elgin is a one stop shop for your pet needs, and if they don't have it they will order it just for you. I've never had a bed experience with them and I will be telling everyone about the amazing service and if your looking for a person not a company this is the store for you.

We adopted a kitty from critters, Great foster, easy to navigate application and meet and greet process, you can tell they truly care about / pay attention to personality of the animals.

Got isopods and cork bark by the pound happy with purchase.

Met my precious son here! The staff is super sweet, and the store was so cute! So many cute guys and gals looking for homes, and some even hanging out and boarding with them! Im so glad i came here, this precious baby boy has made my life so much happier, i cannot stand how cute and perfect he is 💕 His name is now Lyney (Aka: Spaghetti 2) and he's surprisingly cuddly now that he's getting use to his new home 💕I'll definately be coming back to get him a bunch of toys and goodies for him 💕

Much smaller store than I thought it would be. Online show all kinds of pets or "critters" but walking into store we couldn't find much. Very small amount of reptiles and we're difficult to find in their terrarium. 2 adult cats, no dogs and 4 rabbits. I did like the enclosed rabbit area though so you could have the rabbits loose and play with them. Not sure on prices because I was only there
so my kids could enjoy seeing some critters.
