We had such a wonderful experience adopting our bunny (pepper!) from this pet store! The staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and clearly care deeply about their animals.Our bunny has been such a sweet addition to our family, and it’s clear he was well cared for before adoption. I brought my dog in for grooming. Julia, the groomer was very professional and knowledgeable. She did a great job with my Shih Tzu. I would recommend her to anyone and I’ll be back to see her.

best experience in a pet store I've had in a while. I costumer service that you will get is like joining there family. uve go to petsmart and petco in the past but with this story being by the petsmart I will not be going there anymore. critters of south elgin is a one stop shop for your pet needs, and if they don't have it they will order it just for you. I've never had a bed experience with them and I will be telling everyone about the amazing service and if your looking for a person not a company this is the store for you.
