Met my precious son here! The staff is super sweet, and the store was so cute! So many cute guys and gals looking for homes, and some even hanging out and boarding with them! Im so glad i came here, this precious baby boy has made my life so much happier, i cannot stand how cute and perfect he is 💕 His name is now Lyney (Aka: Spaghetti 2) and he's surprisingly cuddly now that he's getting use to his new home 💕I'll definately be coming back to get him a bunch of toys and goodies for him 💕

Much smaller store than I thought it would be. Online show all kinds of pets or "critters" but walking into store we couldn't find much. Very small amount of reptiles and we're difficult to find in their terrarium. 2 adult cats, no dogs and 4 rabbits. I did like the enclosed rabbit area though so you could have the rabbits loose and play with them. Not sure on prices because I was only there
so my kids could enjoy seeing some critters.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. If we need something ordered, it arrives quickly and we're notified right away. Great selection. Highly recommend, owners are very nice too.

Andrew and Enrique literally saved my bearded dragons life I can not express how I felt watching my bearded dragon suffering and dying on me . I went into critters thinking they can give me some advice on my bearded dragon they did so much more then that they saved her life . I was so very stressed out I couldn't focus on anything except helping her nothing was working . When I brought her in she wasn't eating drinking anything she was going to die Andrew went in the back prepared her food in a syringe and she started eating it was a miracle!!! Thank God Enrique cared so much to call Andrew to come in right away on his day off Enrique said come quickly and he was the there immediately I couldn't even hold her because I hundred percent thought she was going to dye Enrique took her and carried her with him taking care of customers!!! There are not any words that could explain how grateful I am . There even keeping her until tomorrow before she goes to the vet !!!!!! I wish there was more stars to rate this place . There really is amazing people in this world like Andrew and Enrique
